Certain blows to the head or other events cause the dazed status

• Results
  Cannot be increased by recovery action until Dazed status is removed
  Cannot take “+” movement
  Reduce Max Tears by 10
  Reduce Max Sweat by 10
  Reduce all Skills by 1x
• Can be suppressed by Smelling Salts
