Take a Drink – Casting Sweat
A player may take a swig of strong drink to calm their nerves and numb pain but drink too much and suffer the consequences.
- Result
- Add 1 to players drink count
- Restore 2T x Vigor Check x Skill Mod
- Low: 1
- Mid: 1.5 (Round Down)
- High: 2
- Expert: 3
Effects of Drink Counter until sober (0 Drinks)
Sober Up – Alcohol
Reduce total drink counter by 1 each hour
Hammered – Status
In addition to table modifiers, a Hammered character must make a care check of T3 for any speaking skill, including casting.
Hungover – Status
If player reaches drunk or higher they will have a hangover for 12 hours after drink counter reaches 0
- Results
Reduce Max Tears by 10
Reduce Max Sweat by 10
Cannot be increased by recover action until Hungover status is removed
Can be suppressed by smelling salts (See Smelling Salts)
Passed Out – Status
Player has drank too much and blacks out.
- Results
Tears go to 0
Character looses consciousness
Player remains passed out until drink counter goes below tipsy
No recovery occurs while passed out.
